Fruit Crisp for One

Fruit filling
1 1/2 cups fruit, (any fruit roughly chopped, or any berry combination)
2 teaspoons sugar (but the amount really depends on your taste and the sweetness of the fruit)
2 teaspoons flour, tapioca, or corn starch

Streusel topping
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon uncooked oatmeal

Toss the fruit with sugar and thickener, set aside

In a food processor combine butter, flour, and sugar
add to oatmeal

Combine and sprinkle over fruit

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375°F, or until bubbly and golden brown
