Gazpacho – A small batch

2 cups fresh ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, seeded, deveined, and chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
dash of Tabasco, squirt of Siracha, or a sprinkling of cayenne
salt and pepper
water

Puree all ingredients in a blender to desired texture
add water if necessary
season to taste

Serve chilled with any garnish you choose
