Noodle Kugel

1/2 to 3/4 bag of egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup raisins or currants
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar

Preheat oven to 350°

Combine ingredients
pour into a 9×9 baking dish, greased
sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar

Bake at 350°  for 45-55 minutes
