aka Kimchi Fried Rice

1/2 cup rice, cooked and left-over
1/4 cup kimchi, diced
1/4 cup ham, diced
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 egg, fried
1/4 cup vegetable, diced (optional)
oil for sautéing

Fry egg, sunny side up, and set aside
sauté ham until somewhat browned
push ham to one side and add the kimchi, heat through
add the rice and mix thoroughly
add sesame oil and soy sauce

Add diced veggies if you want, I do.

For a vegetarian version confirm the kimchi is free of fish product, omit egg and ham, and replace the ham with firm diced tofu.

I'm grateful that #noroyarn is sturdy, since I've #frogged the body of this sweater twice and the first sleeve three time. Can I say #homestretch now? #knittersofinstagram #knitting #audreycancook Sometimes a #toastedmarshmallow over an open flame is the only thing to satisfy. #audreycancook There are just never enough #teddybears. #knitting #knittersofinstagram #audreycancook Once a year I get to use my #enamal platter. Perfect for a #smallbatch Thanksgiving #audreycancook #persimmons are plentiful this time of year. 'What to do with them?' is always the question. I'm considering apple & persimmon #handpies a #smallbatch #audreycancook
