Ranch Dressing

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup buttermilk (or regular)
2 tablespoons celery, grated
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, fresh or dry
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (or a dash of coriander)
1 tablespoon onion, grated
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
dash of garlic powder
dash of chili powder
salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a lidded jar and shake well to combine

Chill and serve

This recipe is very flexible. All herbs and seasonings are optional; use which ever are your favorites. And it’s nothing like store-bought, which is a big seller for me.
