Goddess Dressing

1/4 cup oil
3 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 large clove garlic, grated or crushed
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
1 tablespoon (or more) water – add water last to achieve desired thickness, you may have to omit it completely, depending on the thickness of the tahini, and your taste
