About

I consider myself a foodie and I love to cook to satisfy my adventurous eating. This blog was started a few years ago when I began organizing and consolidating my favorite recipes to share with family and friends online.

My mission is to offer easy to make recipes for the home cook, with a focus on small-batch versions.

All recipes have been tested, perfected, and enjoyed again and again, so you can cook with confidence.

Thank you, for your small batch recipes. I am single and love to cook, but hate to throw out food just because it was to much. I just went through your small batch recipes and pinned quite a few for later.

I’m glad you like my recipes, thank you. And I’m glad you found a way to cook for one, without the dreaded waste. I know how hard it can be. Enjoy!
