Fruit Sorbet

Papaya banana

No ice cream-making device needed.

2 cups fruit (any kind, even frozen)
1 banana
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup honey, maple syrup, or simple syrup

Put all ingredients in a blender
blend until smooth (add a splash of water for ease of blending if necessary)
pour into freezer-friendly container
chill until firm, more than a few hours at least

Scoop and serve!

I’m pretty sure watermelon will not work with this method, but green apple or cantaloupe, sounds delicious.
