1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients together until batter is smooth
set aside and let mixture rest for a few minutes
pour 1/4 cup of batter into lightly greased and well heated small sauté pan
when edges dry and pull away from the sides of pan, flip and cook for a few seconds

This is a great recipe. I actually like it better than the bigger batches. I used butter instead of oil.
