Crepes – A small batch

1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together until batter is smooth
set aside and let mixture rest for a few minutes
pour 1/4 cup of batter into lightly greased and well heated small sauté pan
when edges dry and pull away from the sides of pan, flip and cook for a few seconds

Easily doubled to increase servings

    This is a great recipe. I actually like it better than the bigger batches. I used butter instead of oil.

    Thanks for the recipe! I love to make crepes. Your recipe worked great. I added a splash of vanilla. We filled ours with Nutella and banana slices this morning. Then I shared your recipe/link on my Facebook page. 🙂

    Your recipe states ¼ water, not ¼ of what measurement of water.

      Approximately 6, depending on the size of your pan.
